The presented project is a concept for a top level space made of two intermediary stories,
one consisting of guest and family area, the party, cooking and living room areas; and the other consisting of bedroom areas, a personal office and a split level terrace with view
towards the living room from bottom floor.
It was not meant to be a conventional type of penthouse apartment, more like a party house and a showroom area for expensive materials, sanitary ware objects, luxury furniture, chef kitchen, state of the art lighting objects.
