3 BEDROOM APARTMENT IN BUCHAREST
Beneficiary of project is a young family which relocated to 14th Floor of an apartment building, situated in downtown Bucharest.
Apartment consists of 3 Bedrooms, 2 for children (actually teenagers) and 1 master bedroom; an Entrance Hallway with direct connection to Kitchen and service Bathroom (with shower box, for guests); a long Living-Room. The main Balcony (North oriented) was dismantled in order to provide more space for Kitchen (which has a wide L shaped workspace), double door freezer and a dining space; also dismantling the balcony gave more space to Living-Room, which has a belvedere towards the city skyline. The Living-Room has a large sliding panel made of MDF with wood texture, which makes the space more private. Master Bedroom is served by its own bathroom and large dressing space, while the other 2 Bedrooms are using the Bathroom from hallway (which can also be used by guests). The other Balcony (East oriented) is kept only towards Girl's Bedroom and dismantled in Boy's bedroom in order to extend room space. Choice of colors was dark gray, wood and white.
